1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of jlivo ("jlivo", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jlivo website located at https://jlivo.cam and any related mobile applications, services, and platforms (collectively, the "Service").

By registering for a jlivo account, accessing the Service, or using any features or functionalities provided by jlivo, you represent and warrant that:

Any account found to belong to a person under twenty-one (21) years of age will be permanently closed, and all funds will be forfeited without refund or compensation.

2.2 Account Restrictions

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with jlivo. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or other identifying information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

jlivo employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection of multiple accounts registered by the same User, jlivo reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all associated accounts;
• Void all pending bets, wagers, and transactions;
• Confiscate all balances, winnings, and bonuses across all accounts;
• Pursue legal remedies where applicable.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jlivo is required by law and industry standards to verify the identity of all account holders through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to submit identity verification documents upon request, which may include but are not limited to:

• Government-issued identification card (PhilSys ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement);
• Selfie photograph for facial verification;
• Additional documentation as deemed necessary by jlivo's compliance team.

Withdrawal of funds requires successful completion of the KYC verification process. jlivo reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification documents have been reviewed and approved.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, jlivo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party;

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your jlivo account using any of the payment methods supported by the platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer, cryptocurrency, and other approved methods. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction;
• Funds must originate from a payment source in your own name;
• jlivo reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that is suspected of being fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or otherwise irregular;
• Processing times vary by payment method; most e-wallet deposits are instant while bank transfers may take several hours.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through the KYC process;
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section;
• jlivo reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals;
• Processing times vary by payment method; e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts.

jlivo does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers) may charge their own fees.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

jlivo is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with applicable AML laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Verifying the identity of all account holders;
• Monitoring transactions for suspicious activity;
• Reporting suspicious transactions to relevant authorities;

Any account suspected of being used for money laundering or other illegal financial activity will be immediately frozen, and all funds will be withheld pending investigation. jlivo reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in such matters.

5. Games, Betting, and Winnings

5.1 Game Rules and RTP

Each game available on the jlivo platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for all applicable games. You are responsible for understanding the rules and RTP of any game before placing real-money bets.

5.2 Random Number Generation

In no event shall jlivo's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless jlivo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.

jlivo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to provide accurate information or required documentation;
• Extended periods of account inactivity;
• Request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service immediately. Any outstanding balance in your account (excluding bonus funds and funds obtained through fraudulent means) will be returned to you following completion of any necessary verification or investigation procedures.
